Your flight will be tracked by our airport dispatch team so we will be aware of any delays and can adjust your shuttle departure accordingly. If your flight number has changed, please be sure to let us know. As long as your flight is delayed no later than 23:00 during our winter service or 20:00 in spring, summer, or fall, we will ensure you still get to Whistler that day. If your flight is delayed past our cut off time we will get into contact with you to go over your options.
