In the event that either of these things happen please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
Unfortunately in most cases, if you have missed your trip you will need to purchase a new ticket if you wish to travel as we are not always able to move a ticket over. There are some cases where an exception is able to be made but this is all case dependant.
Can not find your vehicle or driver
Please contact the day of contact on your confirmation email first as they will have the best information to direct you towards where you need to be. Alternatively, you can call our office and our agents will assist in directing you to where you need to be.
