My hotel in Vancouver isn't listed as one of your included locations, can I be picked up/dropped off at my hotel?

No, we do not offer personalized pick-up/drop off in Vancouver on our shared shuttle service due to the size of the city. We do offer a range of locations and encourage you to use our "Location Finder" tool which allows you to find the closest available option included in our service. You can find this under the "Pick Ups/Drop Offs" menu.
