Due to COVID-19 virus we will not have a Whistler Connection representative in the airport at this time. After you have cleared customs and collected your luggage please contact your representative by phone at 1-604-418-2448 or by email at yvr@whistlerconnectiontravel.com to check in. The representative will advise you of where and when your vehicle will be loading.
A courtesy phone is available for your use at the information desk in international arrivals and YVR airport has free wifi available.
DOMESTIC TERMINAL

CONSTRUCTION ALERT - please note that for at least the next six months the domestic terminal at Vancouver Airport will be under construction and passenger pickup may not be possible from the domestic terminal. You may be required to walk 10-20 minutes across the airport to the pickup location in the international terminal. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
SOUTH TERMINAL
Whistler Connection does not pick-up directly from the south terminal. Please make your way to international arrivals in the main terminal. YVR provides a courtesy shuttle, details here: http://www.yvr.ca/en/passengers/shop-dine-and-services/358
