The below measures have been put in place:
- Chauffeurs should, as a minimum, check for a fever each day before working. Any
chauffeur displaying symptoms of coronavirus may not provide services and should
submit themselves in accordance with local testing, quarantine, or isolation requirements - All vehicles must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before use. This can be done
daily using commercially available alcohol (70%) or disinfectant products (i.e. Virex II 256,
Vital Oxide, Lysol/Clorox Wipes) certified effective against 99.9% virus contamination. In
addition, you may use a professional electrostatic cleaning solution applied by a qualified
contractor in accordance with their instructions on cleaning, use, and frequency - All vehicles are to be sanitized after each ride with all customer-facing surfaces cleaned
using alcohol (70%), disinfectant, or the approved electrostatic solution - Personal hand sanitization products to be available for passenger and chauffeur use
- All chauffeurs to wear PROFESSIONALLY made face coverings
2 - All passengers to wear face-covering, and we must provide one if they do not have one
available - Chauffeurs may wear gloves, but these are not compulsory and must be disposed of after
each use - Where possible, passengers should handle their own luggage. Where this is not possible,
or the passenger specifically requests assistance with luggage, the chauffeur may handle
luggage. Disposable gloves may be worn and immediately disposed of. Alternatively, the
chauffeurs can handle the luggage without wearing gloves, but then must immediately
sanitize their hands
