How long will the border crossing take?

The shuttle uses a dedicated lane for commercial passenger vehicles so the wait is generally shorter than individual vehicles. Passengers are required to exit the bus to go through customs and immigration. The maximum time that the bus will wait for passengers in customs and immigration is 45 minutes. Passengers who require longer than this will be able to travel on the next available scheduled service. If there are no later services that same day then your ticket will be moved to the next day if available.
