Will the driver call me if they cannot find me?

The answer to this will vary depending on the service you have booked.

Shared services

For most shared services there is a general rule we would say to go by which is no they will not call you if you are not there to board the service. Some services are an exception to this and will attempt to call you if you are not there, to avoid missing your ride please always be at your pickup point no less than 10 mins before your scheduled departure time and know which provider you are traveling with, this information will be on your confirmation email.  

Private vehicles

As this service is booked just for yourself or your party your driver will go down every avenue they can to locate you. On your confirmation email will be instructions to follow as to where to meet your driver and generally the drivers are there earlier than your pickup time. If you have any issues please call the day of contact number on your confirmation or alternatively call our office and our team will assist.
